| ¼ tsp | nutmeg | ground |
| dash | salt | |
| ½ cup | butter | |
| vanilla ice cream | optional serving suggestion |
Mound apples in buttered 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with orange juice.
Combine sugar, flour, spices, and dash of salt; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375°F for 45 mins or until apples are tender and topping is crisp.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
