5 Minute Ice Cream Cake by Nichole

don’t tell Adam it only takes 5 min! :)

Ingredients

• 10 ice cream sandwiches
• 1-2 flavors of ice cream, slightly softened
• 12 oreos, finely crushed
• melted butter (not sure how much, I always guess)
• Magic Shell topping

Directions

1. Line 9x5 loaf pan with tin foil, hanging over on each side.
2. Fit 5 sandwhiches on bottom of pan (snug).
3. Spread layer of ice cream (about 1/2 inch thick)
4. Fit remaining 5 sandwiches over ice cream
5. Spread 2nd layer of ice cream over sandwiches.
6. Mix oreos with some melted butter and cover ice cream with crushed oreos
7. Cover with saran wrap and freeze until set (overnight or at least 2 hours)
8. To serve, invert cake onto platter. Cover with magic shell and cut into slices.
